When detail isnon-negotiable.

How MSLA resin printing works
MSLA (Masked Stereolithography Apparatus) uses a mono LCD panel to project an entire layer of UV light at once, curing liquid photopolymer resin instantly. Because the entire layer is exposed simultaneously, print speed is fast — and because pixel size is measured in microns, the detail is extraordinary.
If you need structural toughness, a large build volume, or TPU-style flexibility at scale, consider FDM printing instead. Resin excels where surface finish and fine feature reproduction are the priority.
Elegoo Mars 5 Ultra at 12K — 19 µm XY resolution for the finest miniature and jewellery work
Elegoo Saturn 8K Ultra for larger resin parts that still demand a smooth surface finish
Parts are post-cured under UV to achieve full material properties before dispatch
Support structures are carefully placed and removed to minimise witness marks on visible surfaces

Resin types
Standard colours are available across all resin types. Need a specific colour or a specialist resin? Ask us when you submit your quote.
Standard
Rigid, smooth, versatileThe go-to resin for most jobs. Produces a hard, smooth surface with excellent detail reproduction. Best for display models, snap-fit tolerances, and anything where appearance and precision matter more than impact resistance.
Tough / ABS-Like
Impact-resistant, functionalFormulated to replicate the mechanical behaviour of ABS — it flexes before it breaks. The right choice when you need resin-quality detail but also real-world durability in a functional component.
Flexible
Rubber-like, compressiblePrints with photopolymer resin but behaves like a soft elastomer. Holds fine surface detail while compressing and recovering without cracking — useful for grips, insoles, and compliant mechanism elements.
Common applications
Miniatures & Figurines
Sub-0.1 mm layer heights capture sculpted detail that FDM simply cannot reproduce.
Jewellery & Casting
Castable resins for lost-wax casting, or direct resin prints for display and wearable jewellery.
Dental & Medical Models
Anatomical models and dental study casts where dimensional accuracy is critical.
Engineering Prototypes
Precision parts where ±0.05 mm tolerances matter and surface finish needs to match the end product.
Architectural Details
Highly detailed scale models, facade elements, and decorative architectural components.
Product Design
High-fidelity appearance models for client presentations and design review sign-off.
