Uploads are stored in secure, encrypted storage infrastructure with role-based access controls to ensure only authorized production staff can access files for manufacturing. Files are automatically purged from our active production systems after order completion We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your designs from unauthorized access.

2. Information We Collect

Account Data: Email address, username, and optional profile information for account management and communication.
Transaction Data: Payment information is processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Manufacturing Specs: Material choices, color preferences, infill percentages, finish options, and geometric volumes required for accurate pricing and production.
Order Information: Shipping & Billing addresses, order history, and communication preferences.

Deleted files are permanently removed from all active systems within 30 days.
