Modular Architectural Model Components
3D printing is the perfect manufacturing method for producing complex, modular assembly kits. We printed this extensive set of flat components—featuring intricate window grids, wall panels, and structural frames—in a crisp white material. These precisely printed parts feature excellent dimensional accuracy, allowing the client to seamlessly assemble a highly detailed architectural scale model or custom diorama.
Custom Ergonomic Hose Handle
3D printing is an amazing way to create custom tools that make everyday chores much easier. This vibrant green clamp-on handle was printed to attach securely to a standard hose or wand. Featuring a sturdy grip and a clever hinged latching mechanism, this custom print provides an instant ergonomic upgrade for gardening, cleaning, or shop equipment.
Custom Pyramid Door Hardware
A companion set to our domes, these pyramid shaped studs were printed for client's custom door build. Producing these in large batches ensures consistent, sharp geometry across every single piece. Printed in a durable black filament, they provide an excellent textured surface that is perfectly prepped for the client's custom painting and weathering process.
Retro TV Enclosure
We produced a series of highly detailed TV models based on the classic Simpsons television. The job required printing six distinct parts per unit - including the antenna, VCR, and control knobs across 4 different color palettes. The result was a set of fully modular kits ready for assembly.
Custom Downlight Resizer
The client needed a specific fix for downlight cutouts across their property. We manufactured a batch of resizing rings in different diameters. These adapters allowed the customer to install their preferred lighting fixtures without the expensive hassle of patching and painting the ceiling.
Custom Downlight Retrofit Adapter
A bespoke adapter designed to convert existing downlight cutouts for use with bayonet batten fittings. We worked closely with the client to refine their initial concept, producing test prints to ensure a perfect mechanical fit before completing a production run of 26 units.
