What we need from you
You don't need a polished brief. Most of our best modelling jobs started with a photo on a phone or a sketch on a piece of paper. If you can communicate what the part needs to do, we can work with it.
The more dimensional information you can provide, the more accurately the first model will match your intent. But even rough sketches with approximate measurements are enough to start a conversation.
Hand sketches
Even rough pencil sketches with approximate dimensions give us enough to work with.
Reference photos
Photos of an existing object, a product you want adapted, or a reference from the internet.
Measurements
Caliper readings or ruler measurements of a broken or worn part you need replicated.
Written description
A clear written brief of what the part needs to do, even without visual references.
How it works
01
Submit your brief
Send us anything you have — hand sketches, photos of an existing part, rough dimensions jotted on a napkin, or just a description of what you need. Use the RFQ form to attach files and explain your goal.
02
We review and quote
We assess the brief, ask any clarifying questions, and send you a fixed quote. No hourly surprises — you know the cost before we start.
03
Modelling in Fusion 360
We model your part in Fusion 360 with printability in mind — wall thickness, overhangs, support strategy, and dimensional accuracy are all considered during design, not after.
04
Revision round
We send you a render or technical drawing for review. Minor revisions are included. We iterate until the model matches your intent.
05
Deliver the file
You receive a print-ready STL and the native Fusion 360 file (STEP/F3D). Your IP, your file.
06
Optionally, print it
Add a print order directly from the quote. We'll print the finished model in your chosen material and have it ready within the standard FDM or resin lead time.
Revisions: Minor refinements — adjusting dimensions, tweaking tolerances, small geometry changes — are included in the quote. A full redesign (new intent, different part function) is quoted separately.
Who it's for
No CAD experience
You have an idea. We have the tools. No software knowledge required on your end.
Replacement parts
Broken or discontinued components replicated from the original or from drawings.
Reverse engineering
Existing parts scanned or measured and modelled into clean, editable CAD geometry.
Product development
Concept-to-prototype for entrepreneurs and product designers who need a physical test piece fast.
DfAM optimisation
Existing models redesigned for additive manufacturing — reduce supports, improve strength, lower print cost.
Assembly design
Multi-part assemblies with fitting tolerances and mechanical interfaces designed to spec.
Have an idea?
Submit your brief via the RFQ form. Attach sketches, photos, or a written description — we'll review and come back with a quote within one business day.
