30mm Custom Gear Miniatures
This project demonstrates our ability to produce small, highly detailed items for custom dioramas and displays. We curated and printed a set of five distinct miniature props—including a classic slouch hat, canteen, and mess cup. Printing each piece in its respective color (green, brown, black, and silver) provided a clean finish without the need for post-processing or paint.
Custom Coworker Tokens
A great example of small-batch custom manufacturing for the office. The client wanted unique, personalized gifts for their colleagues on a tight schedule. We rapidly produced these circular keepsakes in a sleek matte black finish. It perfectly demonstrates how 3D printing can be used to create memorable, on-demand team gifts when traditional ordering would take too long.
Personalized Scale Car Model
A perfect custom display piece for automotive enthusiasts. We produced this detailed scale model vehicle featuring a custom-printed green license plate ("MAFEAR") to match the client's specifications. By using multi-material printing, we seamlessly integrated the black windows and personalized text directly into the white body, resulting in a clean, vibrant finish without a single drop of paint.
A320 Cockpit Simulator Expansion
Continuing our work on a full-scale home flight simulator build. This second batch of custom instrument panels provides the necessary framing for various cockpit displays and avionics. Printed in durable matte black, these components ensure a precise fit for the electronics while maintaining the authentic, clean look of a commercial airliner.
Superhero Bust Headphone Stand
A great example of how 3D printing can turn a standard desktop accessory into a statement piece. This large-scale bust was printed in durable matte black filament, providing a perfectly contoured surface to hold headphones securely without stretching the band.
Custom Brand Merchandise & Keychains
We helped BDB Acai and Desserts bring their vibrant brand mascot to the physical world. Using advanced multi-color extrusion, we produced dimensional logo signs and matching branded keychains. This provides local businesses with a highly customized, cost-effective way to create unique promotional items or staff merchandise without needing massive minimum order quantities.
Perfume Cap Prototypes
A perfect example of how 3D printing speeds up the design process. We printed these custom caps to test form, fit, and visual appeal. The physical prototypes featured clean vertical ridging, giving the client a real-world feel of their packaging concept right in their hands.
Retro TV Enclosure
We produced a series of highly detailed TV models based on the classic Simpsons television. The job required printing six distinct parts per unit - including the antenna, VCR, and control knobs across 4 different color palettes. The result was a set of fully modular kits ready for assembly.
Pilates Reformer Part Duplication
A critical plastic component on a Pilates machine was damaged during handling, and no spare was available. We physically measured and reverse-engineered the broken piece to create a new digital 3D model. The final result was a precise replacement printed in durable black filament, restoring the equipment to full working order.
Custom Downlight Resizer
The client needed a specific fix for downlight cutouts across their property. We manufactured a batch of resizing rings in different diameters. These adapters allowed the customer to install their preferred lighting fixtures without the expensive hassle of patching and painting the ceiling.
Custom Downlight Retrofit Adapter
A bespoke adapter designed to convert existing downlight cutouts for use with bayonet batten fittings. We worked closely with the client to refine their initial concept, producing test prints to ensure a perfect mechanical fit before completing a production run of 26 units.
Industrial Profile Section
This project required a high-fidelity prototype of a complex construction profile. Using the client's CAD files, we printed a 250mm sample to simulate the final uPVC product. The result was a durable, dimensionally accurate part used to validate the design's unique interlocking mechanism.
A320 Cockpit Simulator Panels
We are helping an aviation enthusiast bring their virtual cockpit to reality. These custom frames serve as the structural skeleton for the simulator screens. Printed in PLA to strict specifications, they provide a clean, smooth surface ideal for post-processing and painting.
Light Optical Baffles
Precision was critical for this project. The client required baffles that were 100% opaque, so we printed these in Black PETG with high-density walls (5 perimeters) to prevent any light bleed.
PC Fan Mount
Standard cases don't always provide cooling exactly where you need it. We produced these external adapters to mount extra fans. The result is a functional, durable mod that solves a overheating issue.
Discontinued Pram Clip Replacement
The manufacturer no longer stocked this specific part, rendering the pram unusable. The client provided the STL file, and we printed a durable replacement clip, providing a cost-effective solution for a product that couldn't be fixed via traditional retail channels.
Mandalorian-Style Armor Kit
For this custom cosplay build, we manufactured the core body armor components, including the chest plates, torso guard, and shoulder pauldrons with the iconic Mythosaur signet. We delivered the raw 3D printed kit, providing a lightweight and durable foundation for the client to apply their own custom paint work.
