What low volume production is
Low volume production uses the same FDM and resin printing infrastructure as our one-off service — just at batch scale. Multiple printers run the same file in parallel, every part passes a quality check before it leaves, and quantity discounts are applied automatically.
It's not injection moulding — unit costs at volume won't match it — but there's no tooling wait, no minimum commitment to a mould design, and no constraints on material or geometry. It's the right call when speed, flexibility, and no upfront tooling cost matter more than lowest possible unit price.
